Q&A

What is the dress code?

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is black tie. Ladies should wear floor-length or tea-length attire and gentlemen should wear a tuxedo. If you’re unsure if your outfit fits the dress code, take a look at this guide!

The temperature tends to drop in the evening, so please remember to bring a jacket or shawl!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by May 1, 2024.

Is transportation available on the wedding day?

Yes, a shuttle will be available for those staying in downtown Calistoga from the Calistoga Motor Lodge to the Four Seasons. For those who would prefer to drive, valet is available at the Four Seasons.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask you to arrive at 5:30 PM for our 6:00 PM ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, this will be indicated on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only events with the exception of the ring bearer and flower girl. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will the wedding take place inside or outside?

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will take place outside while dancing will take place inside.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures?

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift that you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do.” We have hired amazing professionals to capture this moment and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!
